PREVENTIVE PROGRAMS, A STRATEGY FOR THE SOCCER PLAYER. BIBLIOGRAPHIC REVIEW

Resumen

Introducción: El fútbol es un deporte de contacto que durante su práctica incrementa las demandas físicas y desajustes del control motor en los jugadores, debido a su vulnerabilidad de lesiones se requiere la implementación de programas preventivos que favorezcan la profilaxis en los deportistas, estos son desarrollados por diferentes profesionales, uno de ellos es el fisioterapeuta que por medio de estrategias preventivas brinda adaptación y recuperación del movimiento corporal humano. Objetivo: Describir la estructura de algunos programas de prevención de lesiones, como una estrategia de conocimiento específico para el jugador de fútbol, a través de una revisión bibliográfica. Metodología: Se realizó una búsqueda en bases de datos (ScienceDirect, PubMed, Doaj y Google Scholar), empleando términos MeSH: “FIFA 11+”, “Soccer players”, “athletic injuries/prevention and control”, “Young Adult”, “Warm-Up Exercise”; se descargaron 60 artículos, de los que se emplearon 26. Resultados: los programas seleccionados para realizar la presente revisión fueron 8: FIFA 11, FIFA 11+, Knäkontroll, Harmoknee, PEP, KLIP, Nordic Hamstring Exercise y ejercicio de Aducción de Copenhague. Conclusiones: Hasta la fecha mostraron que se establecieron avances en la caracterización de programas preventivos y el rol del fisioterapeuta al interior de ellos.
