HELPING THE DIABETIC PATIENTS WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Resumen

El aumento de la incidencia y la prevalencia de enfermedades metabólicas es una gran preocupación para las sociedades modernas debido a la mortalidad que causan. La promoción de la práctica de ejercicio físico regular como método de prevención primario aún no es comúnmente aceptada en todos los agentes de salud. Las iniciativas que existen para la introducción de hábitos de ejercicio físico en la población en general tienden enfocarse en beneficios de práctica que son convincentes, así la búsqueda de estrategias de intervención para desarrollarse, es fundamental para que la comunidad de las ciencias de la salud y los académicos aporten en una nueva forma, al transmitir la importancia del ejercicio físico para reforzar los hábitos saludables para estar activo y evitar problemas asociados al sedentarismo.
